Control and diagnostic system

The control system (DC) ensures a precise driving sequence by means of appropriate control loops. The data from the S-Net probe system is evaluated and the corresponding control commands are transmitted to the frequency inverters. Furthermore, the distribution of the current is adjusted depending on the position, whereby the system is used more efficiently and unnecessary heating of the components is avoided. Thanks to the precise sensor technology and control, predefined speed profiles can be precisely adhered to.

In addition, the systems are equipped with a diagnostic system (DD). This logs all control commands and the feedback of the components. In the event of a fault, this enables the cause of the fault to be traced quickly. This can be done by remote maintenance, if required by the customer. This avoids longer downtimes.
